Controls Engineers

  • Requires in-depth knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs. Additional experience with Modicon, Mitsubishi, Siemens and others a plus.
  • Must demonstrate competency in complex ladder logic programming.
  • Industrial experience in Material Handling, Process/Machine control and automatic test machines desirable.
  • Subsystem or total system electrical design and specification skills needed, including components specification and panel design.
  • Looking for experience with application development and support of RSLogix 5, 500, 5000, Icom-Rockwell Plc5, Allen Bradley 6200.
  • RSNetWorx for Controlnet and Devicenet, Ethernet, Data Highway Plus, ControlFlash, PanelBuilder 550, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, Fanuc, ABB, Motoman, Reis, Prab/Unimation robots, plus others.
  • Prefer B.S degree in engineering, but experience can substitute.

Logistics Consultants

  • Extensive experience (10+years) with physical distribution, logistical and materials management planning, understanding of and experience with complex distribution systems involving terminals and transloads and experience in material handling of solid bulk materials.
  • General knowledge of plant operations, production capabilities, co-product relationships and a thorough understanding of the relationship between production and sales with the ability to function persuasively and effectively in a functionally organized enterprise and to resolve potentially confrontational issues with vendors, customers and company personnel.
  • Capable of developing, implementing and managing distribution, materials management, logistical procedures, policies and practices and logistical strategies to ensure that materials of finished products and raw materials are delivered, transported and inventoried in the most effective, economical manner for optimum supply assurance.
  • Provide analyses of price, transportation, transportation equipment and cost movements by forecasting near and long-term price increases on all transportation costs.
  • Requires B.S. degree in Engineering, Business or Information Technology.

Maintenance Technicians

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC skills needed.
  • Preventative maintenance and repair of all materials handling equipment in facility.
  • Preventative maintenance of conveyor systems.
  • Electrical motor and controls trouble shooting.
  • Trouble shooting all equipment in facility.
  • Be able to work with little supervision.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Knowledge of spare parts procedures and inventory control.
  • Help maintain parts procedures and inventory control.
  • Perform all jobs safely.
  • Strong electrical skills.
  • Familiar with National Electric Code.
  • Ability to read blueprint and electric schematics.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Maintenance Supervisor

  • Previous experience as a lead/supervisor of 5+ mechanics/electricians in a dynamic fast paced environment that requires quick and efficient response to problems during installation and production runs.
  • Mechanical and Electrical skills essential. Plumbing and HVAC skills desired.
  • Experience setting up and/or enhancing maintenance procedures and policies.
  • Capable of training staff on technical and personal skills needed to succeed.
  • Trouble shooting all equipment in facility.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Knowledge of spare parts procedures and inventory control.
  • Help maintain parts procedures and inventory control.
  • Perform all jobs safely.
  • Familiar with National Electric Code.
  • Ability to read blueprint and electric schematics.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
